Our Vision
The essence of The Good Shepherd School from its beginning in 1963 is
the shared belief in the Christian value of the sanctity of the individual,
the holiness of life, and the living presence of God within each person.
The dignity of the individual is cherished, respected, and honored.
Our vision is to prepare students for their future role as responsible,
caring, and productive contributors to the world they will inherit. Confident
in their skills, secure in their sense of identity and self-respect, appreciative
of the arts, sensitive to current social issues, and alive to the presence
of God, the students of The Good Shepherd School will not just inherit
the world, they will improve it.
