Mrs. Sarah Alvarez – Third and Fourth Grade

   Sarah Alvarez, teaches a combined self-contained third and fourth grade class this year. These classes will be combined due to low enrollment at these two levels. Mrs. Alvarez did extensive substitute work at Good Shepherd throughout the school last year. Mrs. Alvarez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multinational Business from Florida State University. She has spent the past year securing her Alternative Teachers’ Certification at Manatee College. This program, offered through the State Department of Education, allows individuals, through extensive study and training to become certified to teach in any Florida School System. Mrs. Alvarez is highly respected and valued by the Good Shepherd teaching staff. She has done an excellent job for us over the last year.
